Norfolk County Council (NCC) is a major funder of Shaping Norfolk's Future, supporting many of the partnership's projects.  Various activities within Norfolk County Council's Economic Development Unit are directed toward achieving the strategic goals of the partnership

Support is given to key sector and resources are directed to a range of activities including attracting investment, building stronger international links, encouraging enterprise and raising the profile of Norfolk as a great place to do business, live and work.

Key Facts:

• there is over £1.5 billion investment in the county
• There are approximately 30, 000 businesses in Norfolk
• 72,600 new houses will be needed in Norfolk by 2021
• the workforce is predicted to grow by 48,000 by 2021
